Busy Night Pizza
- 1 large Italian bread shell (baked
pizza crust)
- 8 ounces part-skim mozzarella,
shredded
- 1 large ripe tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 cups roasted ham, thinly sliced
- 2 roasted red pepper quarters, thinly
sliced
- 2 roasted red onion quarters,
separated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves,
crumbled
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Place the bread shell on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with the tomato,
ham, red pepper, and onion. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with oregano. Bake until pizza
is piping hot and the cheese melts, about 15 minutes. Serve warm. |
